HR Platform definition

HR Platform means the relevant software platform designed manage aspects of human resources management within an organization, typically one or more human resources functions and modules into a single unified system such as an applicant tracking systems, payroll, employee on boarding and candidate relationship management. (If Customer wishes to use a new or different HR Platform, this shall be subject to written agreement of the Parties and may entail an (additional) Implementation Phase at a fee to be agreed.)

  • TCS would provide online access to TCS Incident Management system to Client’s <HR> SPOC for raising tickets pertaining to <HR Platform> services.
