HR Director definition

HR Director means the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, who is Head of the HR & OD Professional Service Unit.‌

HR Director means the Chief People Officer of the Company or his or her designee, including any designated third-party provider that assists with the administration of the Plan, unless the Administrator determines otherwise.
