HQLA amount definition
HQLA amount means the HQLA amount as calculated under § 50.21. Identified company means any com- pany that the OCC has determined should be treated for the purposes of this part the same as a regulated ▇▇▇▇▇- cial company, investment company, non-regulated fund, pension fund, or in- vestment adviser, based on activities similar in scope, nature, or operations to those entities.
