  • All communications relating to the day-to-day activities for the work shall be exchanged between representatives of CDOT and HPTE.

  • The Parties further acknowledge that, for accounting purposes, this Agreement represents an exchange transaction for CDOT’s purchase of specific services provided by HPTE at the market value of such services.
