HPTE definition

HPTE means High Performance Transportation Enterprise, a government-owned business within CDOT and a division of CDOT, as one of the public sector parties to the Project Agreement, and any successor thereto.
HPTE means Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise, a government owned business and a division of CDOT.
HPTE has the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

HPTE means the Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise, a government- owned business within the Colorado Department of Transportation and a division of the Colorado Department of Transportation, as the public sector party to the Concession Agreement, and any successor thereto.
HPTE for purposes of these Rules shall mean the Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise Board created by § 43-4-806(2)(a)(I), C.R.S.
HPTE has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
