Vendor acknowledges and agrees that HPG would not execute this Agreement and Purchasers would not purchase Products and/or Services but for the representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement.
The applicant shall include in its statement of activities, a statement as to how its proposed HPG financial assistance program shall keep to a minimum the displacement of homeowners and/or tenants.
