HPCAA definition

HPCAA means Health Practitioner Competence Assurance Act 2004 (or any act passed in substitution).

  • In the first 6 months of employment under a provisional general scope of practice under HPCAA an employee may work in these departments only if there is immediate onsite supervision from a senior member of the medical staff (registrar, ▇▇▇▇ or specialist).
