HPAC definition

HPAC means the Hospital Pharmaceutical Advisory Committee;
HPAC means an individual practitioner's office or multipractitioner clinic owned, operated, or under common control of a parent hospital or health system, where the physical address of the office or clinic is identified on a hospital pharmacy license.
