HP Tool(s) definition

HP Tool(s) means HP-installed hardware, software, documentation, tools and materials used to provide the Services described herein.
HP Tool(s) means hardware, software, documentation, tools, and materials used by HP to provide MPS.
HP Tool(s) means HP-installed hardware, software, documentation, tools and materials used by HP to provide MPS pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of HP Tool(s) in a sentence

  • Customer may not sell, transfer, assign, pledge, purchase or encumber or convey HP Tools, or modify, adapt, copy, disassemble, or decompile them.

  • For clarification, HP Tools are not subject to purchase or license by Customer.

  • Upon termination or expiration of the relevant Term, HP will, at its own expense, de-install, sanitize the hard drives, and pick up all HP-provided Devices and Software CD ROMs, HP Tools, and Consumables provided under this SOW(“Terminated Products”), in accordance with the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement except for those HP-provided Devices and Consumables that Customer purchases or directly licenses.

  • As of the Effective Date, HP represents and warrants that to the best of its knowledge, the HP Software, HP Tools and HP Equipment do not infringe, or constitute an infringement or misappropriation of, any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, license or other intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party, and that there are no actual or threatened claims of any of the foregoing.

  • HP Tools shall be returned to HP in the same operating condition and working order as initially delivered to Customer, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

  • Upon termination or expiration of the relevant Term, Customer must return all applicable HP-provided Products, HP Tools, and Consumables (“Terminated Products”), except those HP- provided Products that Customer purchases as provided above.

HP Tool(s) means any software development tools, know how, methodologies, processes, technologies or algorithms used by HP or HP Agents in providing the Services and based upon trade secrets or proprietary information of HP or HP Agents or otherwise owned or licensed by HP or HP Agents.

Related to HP Tool(s)

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • RAI MDS Tools means the standardized Resident Assessment Instrument – Minimum Data Set (“RAI MDS”) 2.0, the RAI MDS 2.0 User Manual and the RAI MDS Practice Requirements, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.
