HP Software means the HP Software Products accessed by Customer using SaaS as identified in the Service Data Sheet and/or Statement of Work (“SOW”) (either or both “Supporting Material”).

More Definitions of HP Software

HP Software means the computer programs including documentation relating thereto, all updates and new releases thereof, which HP licenses or owns as listed in Exhibit A which will be used by HP in performing Operations Services hereunder and does not include software licensed by viaLink from HP.

HP Software means all Applications Software and Systems Software, and any related documentation and other related materials, owned or licensed by HP. The HP Software includes the software identified in Schedule O as HP Software.
