HP Hardware definition

HP Hardware means the following models of HP commercial computers: [*].”
HP Hardware means the HP computer systems, peripherals, terminals, and all related hardware products owned or leased by HP, listed on Exhibit A, which HP will provide to Delphi under the Related Agreements.
HP Hardware means the computer systems, peripherals, terminals, firmware and all related hardware products owned or leased by HP, which will be used by HP in performing Operations Services under this Agreement.

  • Service Agreement Type - HP Hardware Support – In Home with Accidental Damage Protection‌ Service Overview The in-home extended service plan provides remote telephone support and parts and labor with an in-home repair service.

  • Subject to viaLink's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, HP may use HP Hardware instead of, or in addition to, viaLink Hardware.

  • After the first ninety (90) days, technical support for software preinstalled by HP on the HP Hardware or included with the HP Hardware at the time of your purchase or lease of the product is available for a fee.

  • Any chosen Service Provider must be capable of operating HP Hardware and HP Software and must provide high levels of redundancy.

  • Upon successful completion of HP product acceptance testing, HP shall include a single node license of Local Recovery Basic with all HP Hardware.

  • Service Agreement Type - HP Hardware Support – In Home Post Warranty‌ HP’s post warranty in-home service plan provides one (1) year of telephone support coverage for your covered HP or Compaq consumer product and either parts replacement, return to HP repair or, ifdeemed necessary and feasible by HP, an in-home repair service.
