HP Contractor definition
HP Contractor or “Contractor” means any third party which performs work for HP or HP Subsidiaries or Affiliates and which requires Product from Supplier. HP Contractors are independent contractors of HP or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates and are not legally related to HP or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates as agent, employee, partner, joint venturer or other manner.
Examples of HP Contractor in a sentence
These services will be provided at no charge to the HP Contractor.
Upon reasonable request from HP, Contractor shall furnish information concerning its financial status in relation to this Agreement, including but not limited to: balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows, to HP.
Upon the request of HP, Contractor shall return any HP Property to HP.
