  • HP nor HP Authorized Partner does not warrant that the operation of the Sublicensable Software will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will operate in hardware and software combinations other than as authorized by HP in Supporting Material.

  • If HP Authorized Partner is unable to complete the repair or replace the Sublicensable Software within a reasonable time, Customer will be entitled to a full refund upon prompt written confirmation that the relevant Sublicensable Software has been destroyed or permanently disabled.

  • When HP Authorized Partner receives a valid warranty claim for Sublicensable Software, HP Authorized Partner will either repair the relevant defect or replace the Sublicensable Software.

  • The nature and scope of your authorization are detailed in the Addendum (or Addenda) that describe(s) your roles and responsibilities as an HP Authorized Partner (“HP Partner Authorization Addendum”).

  • To the extent permitted by law, HP Authorized Partner disclaims all other warranties.

  • In the event the other entity is an HP competitor for the Products and/or Support for which you are HP Authorized Partner, the 20% threshold will not apply.
