The Contractor shall deliver Housing Support Services in accordance with the ADHS/DBHS Covered Services Guide and ADHS/DBHS/CPSA Provider Manual, Section 10.3, Housing Support Services.
The Housing Support Provider must use the Premises for the purposes of: (a) sub-leasing the Premises to Eligible Persons in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sub-lease; and (b) providing Housing Support Services.
