Housing Space definition

Housing Space means the racks, footprints, cages, cabinets, suites and/or other areas, designated as such by Leaseweb within the Data Center or in such other places which Leaseweb may from time to time designate and specify in the Services Specification or the Order Form/Order Confirmation.
Housing Space means that portion of a dwelling, rented or offered for rent for living or dwelling purposes, in which cooking equipment is supplied, and includes all privileges, services, furnishings, furniture, equipment, facilities, and improvements connected with the use or occupancy of such portion of the property. The term does not mean or include public housing or dwelling space in any hotel, motel, or established guest house, commonly regarded as a hotel, motel, or established guest house, as the case may be, in the community in which it is located.
Housing Space means the racks, footprints, cages, cabinets, suites and/or other areas, designated as such by Evoswitch within the Evoswitch Datacenter or in such other places which Evoswitch may from time to time designate and specified in the Services Specification or the Order Form. Intellectual Property Rights means any patent, copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, moral right, database right, knowhow and any and all other intellectual property right whether registered or not or capable of registration and whether subsisting in any part of the world together with any and all goodwill relating thereto. Initial Term means the initial term for which an Order is entered into, as specified in the Order Form. The Initial Term for an Order begins as of the RFS Date for the related Order Form. Law means all applicable law, statute, subordinate legislation, treaty, regulation, directive, decision, by-law, ordinance, circular, rules, regulations, guidelines, code, order, notice, demand, decree, injunction, resolution, permit, judgement or recommendation of any government, quasi-government, statutory, administrative or regulatory body, court, agency or association. Maintenance means maintenance, repairs, modifications or upgrades performed by Evoswitch from time to time on the Datacenter itself or on equipment or software owned or operated by Evoswitch at the Datacenter. Maintenance Window means the timeframe in which Evoswitch schedules the performance of Maintenance. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing by the Parties, the Maintenance Window is every day, between the hours of 06:00 am until 4:00 pm (16:00) EST. Order means Customer’s order for purchase of Services, made in accordance with Clause 3 hereof.

Examples of Housing Space in a sentence

  • Leaseweb will, for any reason, not be able to arrange for an alternative and suitable location for the Housing Space within a period of thirty (30) days after having received notification from its lessor or landlord, such to be determined at Leaseweb’s sole discretion.

  • Leaseweb reserves the right to relocate the Housing Space, as well as the right to suspend the Services in connection with such relocation.

  • In the event that Leaseweb elects to relocate the Housing Space, Customer shall be required to relocate the Colocated Equipment to the new/alternative Housing Space designated by Leaseweb.

  • Customer acknowledges that Leaseweb’s ability to grant Customer a license to use the Housing Space, as well as Leaseweb’s ability to provide (other) Services, are subject to the provisions of – and continuance of – Leaseweb’s Facility Agreement with third party Data Center Provider.

  • Without prejudice to Clause15.4, Leaseweb may – at its sole discretion – decide to relocate the Colocated Equipment for and on behalf of Customer, Leaseweb shall notify Customer thereof simultaneously with its notification of the intended relocation of the Housing Space; and/or to the extent practicable, coordinate the relocation of the Colocated Equipment with Customer.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer shall not be responsible for any reasonable wear and tear of the Housing Space caused by Customer’s occupancy and use thereof pursuant to this Chapter.

  • Customer shall not make any alterations to the Housing Space or the Data Center, or make construction changes or material alternations to the interior or exterior portions of the Housing Space or the Data Center, including without limitation the installation of walls, partitions, drop ceilings, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, or any electrical distribution or power supplies.

  • Customer shall compensate Leaseweb for the costs of any damage or destruction caused by Customer, its employees, agents, End Users, contractors, or invitees to the Housing Space, or the Data Center, or to the property of Leaseweb or any third party.

  • Customers may request Leaseweb to permit a local provider without a presence in the Data Center to establish a presence in the Housing Space.

  • Customer shall not place or attach its logo or any signs on or in the Data Center or Housing Space without the prior written consent of Leaseweb, which Leaseweb may withhold in its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights means any patent, copyright, trademark, trade name, service xxxx, moral right, database right, trade secret, knowhow and any and all other intellectual property right whether registered or not or capable of registration and whether subsisting in the country of LeaseWeb’s principal place of business or any other part of the world together with any and all goodwill relating thereto. Interconnection Point (IP) means a port on LeaseWeb’s switch and/or router and/or firewall and/or load balancer located in the LeaseWeb Datacenter, at which point data are transferred from LeaseWeb to Customer and at which point the responsibility regarding the Network transfers from LeaseWeb to Customer. Internet Services Master Agreement means an agreement so entitled, signed and executed by LeaseWeb and Customer (if any). LeaseWeb in relation to Service(s) and/or Equipment provided to Customer it means LeaseWeb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., a private company with limited liability, incorporated under the laws of Singapore with Unique Entity Number 201332642C, and having its registered office at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, #00‐00, Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 000000; and in relation to the Customer Portal means LeaseWeb Global Services B.V., a private company with limited liability, incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered seat at Amsterdam, the Netherlands. LeaseWeb Datacenter means a datacenter out of which or within which LeaseWeb provides Services.

Housing Space means the racks or cabinets, footprints, cages, suites and/or other areas, designated as such by 3W INFRA within the data Center or in such other places which 3W INFRA may from time to time designate and specify in the Services Specification or the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation. Maintenance means maintenance, repairs, modifications or upgrades performed by 3W INFRA, or a third party, from time to time to its Infrastructure. Maintenance Window or Service Window means the time frame in which 3W INFRA schedules the Maintenance. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing by the Parties, the Maintenance is every day, and can be scheduled 24/7. Monthly Recurring Colocation Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by 3W INFRA to CUSTOMER on a monthly basis for the Colocation Services (as set forth in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation). Monthly Recurring IP Connectivity Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by 3W INFRA to CUSTOMER on a monthly basis for the IP Connectivity Service (as set forth in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation or 3W INFRA’s invoices), exclusive of any variable charges based upon CUSTOMER usage. Monthly Recurring Remote Hands Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by 3W INFRA to CUSTOMER on a monthly basis for the Remote Hands (as set forth in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation). Monthly Recurring (Lease) Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by 3W INFRA to CUSTOMER on a monthly basis for the Lease of Dedicated Equipment (as set forth in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation). Monthly Recurring Service Level Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by 3W INFRA to CUSTOMER on a monthly basis in connection with the chosen Service Level by CUSTOMER (as set forth in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation).

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.
