Housing Services Act definition

Housing Services Act means the Ontario Housing Services Act, including all amendments to bring it up to date.
Housing Services Act or “HSA” means the Housing Services Act, 2011, S.O. 2011, c.6, Schedule 1, and all regulations thereunder; “Initial Term” has the meaning ascribed to it in section 2.1;
