Housing officer definition

Housing officer means an officer or agency of a municipal corporation or county designated by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation or county, pursuant to section 3735.66 of the Revised Code, for each community reinvestment area to administer sections 3735.65 to 3735.69 of the Revised Code. One officer or agency may be designated as the housing officer for more than one community reinvestment area.
