Housing Development Fund Corporation definition

Housing Development Fund Corporation or “HDFC” means an entity formed by Residents under Article XI of the New York State Private Finance Housing Law to which the Authority has transferred title of a Building and appurtenant grounds in an MHOP Development pursuant to the Authority’s Multifamily Homeownership Program.

  • Housing development as used in this section, means a development project for five or more residential units, including mixed-use developments.   • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under provincial legislation.
