HOUSING DEPOSIT. A $200 deposit must accompany the LC State Residence Hall Application and License Agreement. A “Deposit” is a reservation fee that must be paid before the student’s room assignment will be made. LC State agrees to refund the deposit to the student once the following conditions are met: • Student resides in the residence halls for the full term of this Agreement. The room/suite to which the student has been assigned is left in as good a condition as at the time of original occupancy by the student (reasonable wear and tear expected) • Student performs a proper room check-out • Student does not have a Residence Hall License Agreement for the following spring or fall semester • Student has satisfied all other financial obligations to LC State

HOUSING DEPOSIT. The undersigned Student has already paid or will pay, upon execution of this Agreement, a $400.00 deposit (the “Deposit”) through the University’s Office of Admissions. If the undersigned Student has $400.00 in deposits on file with the University, they will not be required to make another deposit as long as they reside on campus. The Deposit may be credited to the undersigned Student’s account at the time that the undersigned Student (i) moves off campus but remains enrolled or (ii) returns from studying abroad and moves off campus. The Deposit will be automatically credited to the undersigned Student’s account if the undersigned Student has fulfilled the University’s on-campus residency requirement and has not reserved a room for the upcoming year. As set forth below, the undersigned Student may be eligible for a refund credit of the Deposit if he or she transfers, graduates, or withdraws from the University. The Deposit will be used to pay any charges on the undersigned Student’s account; after all charges and credits have been posted, the difference will be refunded, either by E-Refund or by paper check.

  • HOUSING DEPOSIT AND MOVE OUT A housing deposit of $200 must be paid to the Business Office before keys to a room can be obtained.

  • HOUSING DEPOSIT REFUND: Housing deposit refunds (less any housing damage found) are provided approximately 5 days before the end of finals and after final housing checks have been conducted.

  • THIS APPLICATION & LICENSE AGREEMENT CANNOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL NOT BE VALIDATED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF THE REQUIRED HOUSING DEPOSIT.

  • UNLESS ONE OF THE EXCEPTIONS OUTLINED IN SECTION 5C APPLIES, ANY TERMINATION OF THIS CONTRACT BY THE STUDENT AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE HOUSING DEPOSIT AS OUTLINED BELOW, AND THE STUDENT WILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HOUSING CHARGES ACCORDING TO THE HOUSING CHARGE/REFUND SCHEDULE OUTLINED IN SECTION 4.
