Household bin definition
Household bin means an approved receptacle for the storage of 240 litres of domestic waste, which may be supplied by the municipality to property in terms of this By-law; “hazardous waste” means waste containing or contaminated by poison, a corrosive agent, a flammable substance having an open flash-point of less than 90 deg C, an explosive, radioactive material, a chemical or any other waste that has the potential even in low concentrations to have a significant adverse affect on public health or the environment because of its inherent toxicological, chemical and physical characteristics;
