House Meter definition

House Meter means that certain direct electric meter that the “NYS Submeter will be connected to pursuant to the terms hereof (as shown on the Electric Distribution Schematic annexed hereto as Exhibit “N” and mad a part hereof).

  • Pursuant to the Initial Lease, Landlord and Tenant agreed that Landlord would install a house meter to provide utility service to certain installations in the Common Areas serving the Building, including, without limitation, parking lot lighting and irrigation (the "House Meter").

  • Due to logistical and economic reasons, Landlord and Tenant have agreed to have the costs of electric service and consumption for the entire Property continue to be measured by and passed through the House Meter and the costs of such electrical service and consumption shall be allocated and paid in the manner hereafter specified.

  • Master Meter means the meter controlled by the licensed distributor and used for settlement of the master bill with the master consumer;

  • interval meter means a meter that measures and records electricity use on an hourly or sub-hourly basis;

  • Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;

  • Boarding Area means the point where the passenger’s flight coupons are lifted and kept by the carrier or the point where the carrier examines the passenger’s boarding pass prior to the passenger being permitted on the aircraft.

  • parking meter means an apparatus for use on or in the vicinity of a parking place for indicating, as respects a space provided at that parking place for the leaving of vehicles, whether the initial charge has been paid and whether the period for which payment was made by the initial charge has expired;
