House Marks means the “modine” Trademark.
House Marks shall have the meaning assigned in Section 7.6(c).
House Marks means the following trademarks and service marks: (i) VERASUN, (ii) the VeraSun logo and (iii) the slogan AMERICA’S SOURCE FOR RENEWABLE FUELS, as owned and used by Sellers.
