Hourly Limit definition

Hourly Limit means MWh per hour, in any hour. [Note: The blank in this section will be completed based on discussion between the Seller and BC Hydro.]
Hourly Limit means <*> MWh per hour, in any hour, measured at the POI, unless increased or waived by the Buyer for a period of time specified in writing by the Buyer from time to time in its sole discretion (which increase or waiver may be revoked by the Buyer at any time by notice to the Seller).
Hourly Limit means, subject to section 4.7, MWh measured at the POI in any hour, unless increased or waived by the Buyer for a period of time specified in writing by the Buyer from time to time in its sole discretion (which increase or waiver may be revoked by the Buyer at any time by notice to the Seller).
