Hourly Capacity definition

Hourly Capacity means the production capability of the Facilities in any one-hour period.

Examples of Hourly Capacity in a sentence

  • If the Shipper provides the Guarantee in the form of a first demand guarantee, the following provisions apply: The first demand guarantee shall be provided to GRTgaz at the latest one (1) month prior to the date on which the Daily or Hourly Capacity in question take effect.

  • These Price Supplements constitute the only indemnification, which GRTgaz may claim in the event of a Daily or Hourly Capacity Overrun.

  • Appendix 2 to the Contract specifies the Validity Start Date and the Validity End Date for each Daily and Hourly Capacity.

  • Prior to the Validity Start Date and after the Validity End Date for a Daily or Hourly Capacity specified in Appendix 2 to the Contract, the said Daily or Hourly Capacity shall be deemed to be equal to zero.

  • Under no circumstances can the acceptance by GRTgaz of a change in Daily or Hourly Capacity automatically trigger any change in the duration of the Contract.

  • Any change by the Shipper in a Daily or Hourly Capacity or a Period of Validity of a Daily or Hourly Capacity shall be the subject of an amendment to the Contract.

  • If the Guarantee consists of a security deposit, the following provisions apply: The Shipper shall constitute the deposit of the Guarantee amount at the latest one (1) month prior to the date on which the Daily or Hourly Capacity in question takes effect.

  • The Validity Start Date for each Daily or Hourly Capacity is defined in Appendix 2 to the Contract.

  • Day on which GRTgaz’s obligations related to a Daily or Hourly Capacity come into force.

  • For any Hourly Capacity Overrun less than or equal to ten per cent (10%) of the corresponding Hourly Capacity, no Price Supplement for Hourly Capacity Overrun shall be due by the Shipper.
