Hotel Pool means any group of two or more Properties, substantially all of the value of which is attributable to Hotels, that are leased to or managed by an Operator pursuant to a single Lease or other Operating Agreement, or multiple Leases or other Operating Agreements that are cross-defaulted (as to defaults by lessee or manager, as applicable).

  • Together with such financial statements, the Borrower shall deliver a report, in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the Hotel Net Cash Flow for each Hotel Pool and each Hotel that is not in a Hotel Pool for such fiscal year to the extent such information is obtained from Operators and such other information as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
