Hotel (Licensed) definition

Hotel (Licensed) means a facility offering transient lodging accommodation to the general public and providing additional services accessible by guests and the general public, such as restaurants, meeting rooms / conference facilities, entertainment, recreational facilities, health and beauty facilities, and limited shopping, and in respect of which is in compliant with the requirement of a hotel as laid down in the Hotels Act, 1965 (Act 70 of 1965), as amended, but does include an off-sales facility.
