Hotel Grant(s) definition

Hotel Grant(s) means any or all of the State Refund Grant, City Sales/Beverage Tax Chapter 351 Grant, City Sales/Beverage Tax Appropriated Grant, City Chapter 351 HOT Grant and City Property Tax Appropriated Grant.

Hotel Grant(s) means any and all of the grants to be paid from City to Developer as provided for in Section 4, and as set forth in Exhibit “I” attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Examples of Hotel Grant(s) in a sentence

  • In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement concerning the Hotel Grants, Convention Center Grants, and/or Parking Facility Contributions are challenged by any other Person as "illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future laws", the parties shall reasonably cooperate with each other to defend the validity and enforceability of such provisions.

  • Seek repayment of the Hotel Grants, Convention Center Grants, and Parking Facility Contributions paid to Developer.

  • Notwithstanding the above, Developer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the event that it determines that the obligation of the City and/or TIRZ to timely pay Developer the Hotel Grants, Convention Center Grants, and/or Parking Facility Contributions in accordance with the terms of this Agreement has been declared invalid or unenforceable.

  • This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of execution by all Parties hereto and shall remain in full force and effect until all Hotel Grants, provided for in Section 4, all Parking Facility Contributions, provided for in Section 5, and all Convention Center Grants, provided for in Section 6, have been paid to Developer, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The City and TIRZ acknowledge and agree that after Initial Occupancy has occurred, Developer shall have the right to issue bonds or obtain financing for any of the Hotel Grants, Convention Center Grants, and/or the Parking Facility Contributions so long as no guarantee is required from the City or TIRZ.
