Hotel Chains definition

Hotel Chains means national and regional hotel chains, primarily limited service and extended stay hotel chains, to be selected by the Advisor, and who themselves or their franchisees will (i) lease Properties owned by the Company or a subsidiary of the Company, or (ii) manage Properties owned by the Company or a subsidiary of the Company.
