If a third party has placed a reservation on behalf of the customer, the customer and the third party shall be jointly liable to the Hotel for all obligations arising from the Hotel Accommodation Contract, insofar as the third party shall provide the Hotel with an appropriate statement to this effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to contracts for all services and deliveries of the Neo Hotel Linde Esslingen e.K. If a third party has made reservations on the Customer‘s behalf, that party shall be liable, together with the customer, as a co-debtor vis-à-vis the Hotel with respect to all obligations arising out of the Hotel Accommodation Contract.
