  • The Service known as "Hot Network" is a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week, professionally-produced premium programming service that consists of adult Programs of the type, quality and genre of that exhibited on such Service in April 2004, as shown in the programming schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C-5, and that complies with Partial Edited Standards.

  • The programming service commonly known as "The Hot Network" is currently exhibited on channel 597 (the "Channel 597 Service").
