Hot Mill Collateral definition

Hot Mill Collateral means the real property constituting the Issuer's Hot Strip Mill located at Issuer's Weirton, West Virginia steel-making facility, which converts slabs into flat rolled coils, together with all equipment and fixtures now or hereafter located thereon (whether or not later moved), as described with particularity in the Hot Mill Deed of Trust, together with all other property, real or personal, conveyed by or pledged under or pursuant to the Hot Mill Deed of Trust and/or Security Agreement and otherwise described as "Property" or "Collateral", respectively therein; provided, however, that only that portion of the "Collateral" described in the Security Agreement which is located on, is used in connection with or is proceeds of the Hot Strip Mill shall be included as part of the "Hot Mill Collateral."
Hot Mill Collateral means the real property constituting Company's Hot Strip Mill located at Company's Weirton, West Virginia steel-making facility, which converts slabs into flat rolled coils and which is legally described on Exhibit A-4 attached to the Agent's Loan Agreement, as in effect on the date hereof, together with all equipment and fixtures now or hereafter located thereon (whether or not later moved), including without limitation the equipment listed on Exhibit A-5 attached to the Agent's Loan Agreement, as in effect on the date hereof and all property of the types described in clauses (viii), (ix) and (x) of the definition of the term "Collateral" and related to any of the foregoing.
Hot Mill Collateral means the real property constituting the Company's Hot Strip Mill located at Company's Weirton, West Virginia steel-making facility, which converts slabs into flat rolled coils, together with all equipment and fixtures now or hereafter located thereon (whether or not later moved), as described with particularity in the Hot Mill Deed of Trust, together with all other property, real or personal, conveyed by or pledged under or pursuant to the Hot Mill Deed of Trust and/or the Security Agreement and otherwise described as "Property" or "Collateral," respectively therein; provided, however, that only that portion of the "Collateral" described in the Security Agreement which is located on, is used in connection with or is proceeds of the Hot Strip Mill shall be included as part of the "Hot Mill Collateral."

  • ABL Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any ABL Obligations.

  • Control Collateral means any Collateral consisting of any Certificated Security (as defined in Section 8-102 of the Uniform Commercial Code), Investment Property, Deposit Account, Instruments and any other Collateral as to which a Lien may be perfected through possession or control by the secured party, or any agent therefor.

  • As-Extracted Collateral means “as-extracted collateral” as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date hereof in the State of New York.

  • U.S. Collateral means any and all property owned, leased or operated by a Person covered by the U.S. Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any U.S. Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be or become subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent to secure the Secured Obligations.
