Hosting Vendor definition

Hosting Vendor means Company’s hosting vendor as identified in Table B: Primary Environment Configuration Table.
Hosting Vendor means Vendor in its capacity as the hosting entity for the Vendor System (in which case all references herein to Hosting Vendor shall be deemed to be to Vendor) or the third-party entity providing the Hosting Services for the Vendor System.

  • Contractor shall notify County of any change in Hosting Vendor within thirty (30) days following such change.

  • Availability of access, data security, remedies related to the same and other similar matters will be governed by an agreement the Contractor has executed with the Hosting Vendor.

  • By way of clarification, and not limitation, if a Security Incident occurs as a result of the acts (or omissions) of the Third Party Hosting Vendor, the SI shall nevertheless be fully liable and responsible for such Security Incident, including responding to the Security Incident as required by the Contract Documents.

  • Any information obtained by Contractor or a sub-contractor, such as Hosting Vendor, which is considered confidential by federal or state law, shall remain confidential and not disclosed unless court ordered to do so.

  • For the Term of this Contact and any extensions or renewals hereto, County will have the ability to access and use the Software on the hosted servers provided by the Hosting Vendor selected by the Contractor subject to the limitations and rights set forth in this Contract and in the Hosting Services Agreement.

  • If the SI does not elect to engage a Third Party Hosting Vendor or the MTA does not approve the SI's request to engage a Third Party Hosting Vendor, the MTA shall have the right to purchase, for one dollar ($1.00), the hardware used by the SI to provide the Hosting Services at the conclusion of the Hosting Services Period.

  • Subject to the MTA's approval, and in lieu of using SI-owned Data Centers and hardware, the SI may engage a Subcontractor to provide some or all of the Hosting Services required pursuant to these Contract Documents (the "Third Party Hosting Vendor").

  • On the Effective Date, you will be provided Notice with contact information for both the Development Vendor and the Hosting Vendor.

  • Vendor shall cause the Hosting Vendor to meet physical security of hardware and networking as required hereunder.

  • The Hosting Vendor shall use a wide variety of automated monitoring systems to provide a high level of performance and availability for the Vendor System to Customer.
