Hosting Terms means the terms and conditions that are required to be included in any agreement between Radiant (or a third party host) and a Customer pursuant to which hosting services will be provided, which terms and conditions are identified on Exhibit M.

Examples of Hosting Terms in a sentence

• Pursuant to Section 8.1 of the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Hedera Hashgraph, LLC (the “Hedera LLC Agreement”), each Member will host a Node and associated supporting system(s) on the Hedera Network in accordance with these Member Node Hosting Terms & Deployment Guide, as amended from time to time (“Hedera Node Policy”).

• Subject to the <<Hosting Terms>> and the <<Terms and Conditions>>, both appearing below, TRITAN will provide the Hosting and Data Management Services (“Data Services”) for the Solutions as identified in the applicable Order.

• The Third-Party Hosting Terms of Service applicable to Customer are also hereby attached as Exhibit A.

• The Eurosystem agrees to ensure that the 4CB will make their premises available to the Network Service Provider to allow the Network Service Provider to install the aforementioned equipment and to maintain such equipment at such premises during the term of this Contract (the "4CB Hosting") in accordance with Attachment 1.3. The Network Service Provider agrees to adhere to and comply with the Hosting Terms and Conditions set out in Attachment 1.3.

• Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Third-Party Hosting Provider’s service levels, use policies and terms of service will apply to Customer and that Customer is bound by such terms of service and use policies (the “Third-Party Hosting Terms of Service”).

• Innovative and Client agree that this License Agreement is a binding agreement between the parties and is governed by the GTCs, Support Terms and, if the attached Pricing Exhibit indicates that Client has purchased hosting services, then the Hosting Terms, all of which are made a part hereof.

• HMH shall provide Customer with prior notice of any increase in fees for Renewal Hosting Terms or Renewal Support Terms.

• Unless otherwise stated in an Order, TRITAN represents and warrants to Client that the Software will operate materially in accordance with its specifications and the terms of this Master Agreement, for so long as TRITAN provides both Software Support Services (under <<Software Support Terms>>) and Hosting & Data Management (under <<Hosting Terms>>).

• These CB Managed Hosting Terms (“Hosting Terms”) is entered into for the purpose of the Master Agreement concluded between the parties as applicable and as amended from time to time or other written or electronic agreement between CB and Customer (“Master Agreement”).

• This License Agreement, the GTCs, Support Terms, Hosting Terms, if applicable, and all other exhibits, schedules and terms and conditions referenced by or in this License Agreement, the GTCs, Support Terms or Hosting Terms together constitute the “Agreement.” Client acknowledges and agrees that it has had the opportunity to review the Agreement, including without limitation, the GTCs, Support Terms and Hosting Terms, prior to the execution of this License Agreement.

Internet Service Provision Services: the internet service provision services described in the Order Form or Quote (as the case may be) to be performed by the Supplier in accordance with this Agreement and the ISP Terms.
