A program license specifying a 1 Year Hosting Term may only be used for providing internet hosting services.
The Initial Hosting Term shall be defined in the Scope of Service or Payment Schedule above.
During the Hosting Term, Licensor shall be responsible for installing Updates to the Hosted Software in a timely manner.
