Hosting Start Date has the meaning stated in Paragraph 5.A of Appendix A.

When the work outlined in the Statement of Work in the Master Services Agreement is completed, and the website is approved to be launched by the City, then Hosting Services shall commence on the Hosting Start Date and continue until termination or expiration of the chosen website hosting term.
