Hosting Facility definition

Hosting Facility or “Hosting Provider” means a mining facility or data center owned, leased, operated or reserved by Compass or Compass partners or affiliates.
Hosting Facility means the facility and equipment used to host the Licensed Software and through which the Services are provided.
Hosting Facility means any third party hosting facility or facilities used by PeopleFluent or its relevant Affiliate for hosting gomo learning, gomo video and/or the Portal (currently with Amazon Web Services) as may be changed from time to time by PeopleFluent or its relevant Affiliate in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Hosting Facility in a sentence

  • Any problem with the Hosting Facility itself may fall out of the control of Licensor.

  • In such cases, Licensor will work directly with representatives from the Hosting Facility to ensure a prompt resolution of the problem in accordance with the terms of a separate service agreement between Licensor and Hosting Facility.

  • Due to certain events with any Hosting Facility or Hosting Provider, Compass may be required to act under this grant of limited agency.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer acknowledges that Compass and the Hosting Facility participate in various Demand Response / Load Resource Participation Programs (“LRP Programs”), and that the LRP Programs are designed to maintain the integrity of the local grid system and allow for cost savings that can be passed on to Compass’ customers.

  • Compass does not provide any service to detect or identify any security breach of Customer Hardware or the Hosting Facility.


More Definitions of Hosting Facility

Hosting Facility means any third-party hosting facility or facilities used by Instilled or its Affiliates in providing the Subscription Services (currently with Amazon Web Services) as may be changed from time to time by Instilled in accordance with this Agreement.
Hosting Facility means the place where the servers are located containing the Tribepad Platform which is an ISO27001:2013 compliant certified hosting provider;

Hosting Facility means 6 degrees Limited or such other hosting company as FMP may appoint from time to time for the purposes of hosting; Intellectual Property Rights means patents, trademarks, service marks, logos, get-up, trade names, internet domain names, rights in designs, copyright (including rights in computer software) and moral rights, database rights, semi-conductor topography rights, utility models, rights in know-how and other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including applications
Hosting Facility means the same as Data Storage Facility.
