Hosting Balance Sheet definition

Hosting Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3(d)(i)(B) of this Agreement.
Hosting Balance Sheet means the balance sheet contained within the Hosting Financial Statements.

  • Since the date of the Hosting Balance Sheet, neither Hosting nor Networks has incurred any Liability for Taxes other than in the Ordinary Course of Business.
