Hosting Account definition

Hosting Account means an online account enabling a person to configure and manage the Hosting Services;
Hosting Account means the part of the servers allocated for the use of your Website;

Examples of Hosting Account in a sentence

  • Shared Hosting Account found to be exceeding the Fifty Thousand (50,000) inode (files) limit will automatically be removed from our backup system.

  • All services including, Shared Hosting Account, Cloud Server, Virtual Private Server (VPS), Dedicated Server and Colocation Accounts are limited only to port speed.

  • You are not permitted to use your Web Hosting Account to distribute or store unusual amounts of graphics, audio, or video files (collectively “Multimedia Files”).

  • The Client further acknowledges and understands that with use of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and related Hosting Account Information provides a means to access Clients’ website on their hosting account.

  • Early Termination of any Hosting Account , SEO, Pay per Click, SEM, Retainer or any account held with Wave Internet by the customer will require an Early Termination Fee (ETF) of $350.00 dollars per account terminated.

  • At Weblite’s discretion, (a) Weblite may without notice to you, delete or retain data located on your Hosting Account and any back-up data and (b) Weblite may (but is not obliged to) provide you with access to such data.

  • Where Weblite determines any Content to be inappropriate or considers there is a risk of any Content being in breach of this Agreement, Weblite may (but is not obligated to) immediately delete such Content from your Website and/or Hosting Account without any recourse by you.

  • The information contained within your Hosting Account must comply with all applicable law and relevant codes of practice including in relation to distance selling and data protection.

  • Even if your Allocated Usage Amounts specifies unlimited email accounts, Weblite may suspend Services if the mail boxes associated with your Hosting Account exceed more than 10,000 aggregate messages.

  • Any Hosting Account that uses excessive CPU or Memory resources (25% or more) for a sustained period of time (ten minutes or more) may be suspended at any time without notice.
