Hostile Target definition
Hostile Target has the meaning set out in Section 2.9. IFRS means International Financial Reporting Standards including International Accounting Standards and Interpretations together with their accompanying documents which are set by the International Accounting Standards Board, the independent standard-setting body of the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (the IASC Foundation), and the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee, the interpretative body of the IASC Foundation to the extent the same are adopted by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (▇▇▇▇) and then subject to such modifications thereto as are agreed by ▇▇▇▇.
