Hosted Systems. Microsoft NT Server MARKET: Persons or Entities who wish to use Rich Media Advertising Services TERRITORY: HSNS shall have rights under this Agreement to provide Outsourcing Application and Outsourcing Services to Outsourcing Customers globally without restriction contingent upon HSNS providing Outsourcing Services from the Designated System. HSNS shall submit quarterly reports to E.piphany listing the number of Outsourcing Customers located outside of the United States, by country and the number of emails sent on their behalf so that E.piphany can use such information to allocate sales revenue for the payment of commissions to its local sales representatives.

Hosted Systems means the computer hardware, networking equipment and associated system software on which the Software is installed for remote Use by a Customer in connection with HOST's provision of Services. All Hosted Systems shall be owned or leased by HOST, and shall remain under the control of HOST throughout the Term.

  • Customer may obtain service from Icon CMT under this Agreement pursuant to a Hosted Systems Order Form (each an "Order Form" and collectively the "Order Forms").

  • Please Note: Your licensed software may not be compatible with Blackrock Networks, Inc.'s standard process for deploying and repairin Hosted Systems.

Related to Hosted Systems

  • Trusted Systems include only the following methods of physical delivery: (1) hand-delivery by a person authorized to have access to the Confidential Information with written acknowledgement of receipt; (2) United States Postal Service (“USPS”) first class mail, or USPS delivery services that include Tracking, such as Certified Mail, Express Mail or Registered Mail; (3) commercial delivery services (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL) which offer tracking and receipt confirmation; and (4) the Washington State Campus mail system. For electronic transmission, the Washington State Governmental Network (SGN) is a Trusted System for communications within that Network.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Hosted Service means a technology service hosted by or on behalf of Graylog and provided to Customer and governed by “Hosted Service Terms”

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
