Hosted rental means an activity whereby the owner hosts a visitor or visitors in the homeowner’s home, for compensation, for a period of 30 or less consecutive calendar days, while the homeowner lives on-site in the home throughout the visitor’s or visitors’ stay. Neither vacation home rentals as defined in section 3.50.370 of this code nor bed and breakfast facilities where bedrooms are rented for overnight lodging and at least one meal daily is provided are “hosted rentals.”
Hosted rental means the rental, lease, or license of one or more Bedrooms within a residence, where the property owner or primary tenant remains in the residence during the rental, lease or license term.

Hosted rental means a legal dwelling unit with two or more bedrooms, where a long-term resident acting as host occupies one or more bedrooms in a dwelling unit, while no more than three legal bedrooms are rented for the purpose of overnight lodging for a period of no more than 30 days.

Hosted rental means a short-term rental where the Host is living on site and present during any and all rentals. The rental unit must be located on the same property as, or on a property physically contiguous with, the residence of the Host.
