Hosted Infrastructure definition

Hosted Infrastructure means the hosting of the Back-end Software and associated network access designed and controlled by Operator’s Software vendor, which renders the Back-end Software accessible to Operator and its end users;
Hosted Infrastructure means the common integrated hardware and software components (including hardware, software, servers, networks and technology installed within the hosted environment, including the Software) used by TrustBuilder to provide the Managed Service, excluding any hardware, software or telecommunication networks outside of the scope of TrustBuilder’s span of control (such as but not limited to, the software or hardware the Customer requires to remotely access the Software and telecommunications networks used to connect to the Hosted Infrastructure).
