Hosted Buyer definition
Hosted Buyer means the meetings, events and business travel professional who has applied to be a Hosted Buyer and have agreed to these terms and conditions. Hosted Buyers have been accepted by Talk2 Media and Events to attend AIME as a buyer of meetings, events and business travel products and services where complimentary accommodation, ground transfers and flights are provided by T2M.
Hosted Buyer means a travel trade professional, accepted by Brand USA as meeting the Hosted Buyer Criteria, who will attend Brand USA Travel Week India as a buyer of travel products; and where complimentary accommodation and return transport are provided by Brand USA.
Hosted Buyer or “Buyer” means the meetings, events and business travel professional who has applied to be a Hosted Buyer and has agreed to these Terms and Conditions and has been accepted by Qatar Tourism through “Exhibitions Organizer Name” to attend the Exhibition as a buyer of meetings, events and business travel products and services where complimentary accommodation, transfers and/or flights are provided by Qatar Tourism through “Exhibitions Organizer Name”.

Hosted Buyer means a travel trade professional and buyer of travel products, who has registered to attend the Event as either a Pan - African Hosted Buyer, International Hosted Buyer, Appointment Buyer or Semi- Hosted Buyer and been accepted by RX, on the basis of these terms and conditions.
Hosted Buyer means the international buyer or international journalist who has applied to be a Hosted Buyer or Journalist and has agreed to these Terms and Conditions and has been accepted by Travel South USA to attend the International Showcase as a buyer or promoter of travel and events products and services where complimentary accommodation, transfers and flights are provided by Travel South USA and shall include Hosted Buyers ("with flights" and "without flights").
Hosted Buyer means the person, accepted by CoCoA Network, who will attend the Event as a buyer of high-end travel products where complimentary accommodation, transfers, meals and experiences are provided by CoCoA Network (where applicable).
