Hosted Application Hours definition

Hosted Application Hours means the hours during which the Enclave Services contemplated under a Quote are to be provided. NeoSystems will make every effort to maintain the Enclave Services at all times on a 24-hour basis excluding the Maintenance Window.
Hosted Application Hours means the hours during which the Services are to be provided as set out in Schedule 3 - The Services Order Sheet (“SOS”). References to "hour(s)" and "minute(s)" in this Agreement will, unless otherwise indicated, be taken only to refer to the elapse of time during Hosted Application Hours.
Hosted Application Hours means the hours during which the Hosting Services contemplated under a Quote are to be provided. NeoSystems will make every effort to maintain the Hosting Services at all times on a 24-hour basis excluding the Maintenance Window.

Examples of Hosted Application Hours in a sentence

  • Escalation levels:- 1- Support analyst notified 2- Support analyst and team leader notified 3- Support analyst, team leader and support manager notified 4- Support analyst, team leader, support manager and director notified Customer can request escalation by contacting Provider “Customer Support” within Hosted Application Hours.

  • The Hosted Applications will be available to Customer for a minimum of 95% of the Hosted Application Hours.

Related to Hosted Application Hours

  • Completed application means an application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements of the Tariff, including any required deposit.

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.
