  • By using the Hospitality Package(s) and/or entering the Host Venue, you and your Associates are deemed to agree and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

  • Any person seeking to use a Hospitality Package in breach of this Clause in order to gain or provide entry to or remain at the Event may be refused admission to or be ejected from the Host Venue and may be liable to legal action.

  • The Host Venue may provide and present additional prizes, as stipulated in section 5.

  • Specified Venue means NASDAQ OMX Stockholm;
