Host Systems definition

Host Systems means those information technology systems and platforms selected by Service Provider (a) to host the Applications or (b) for use in connection with the performance of Services.
Host Systems means those software and information technology systems, applications and platforms selected by Service Provider, in its sole discretion, for use in connection with its provision of the Services hereunder.
Host Systems means all equipment and devices (including equipment, storage devices, access devices and peripherals, telecommunications systems, computer networks or other IT infrastructure) used in the Business, including Seller's rights under all related maintenance or warranty programs.
