Host Store means any Person which operates retail stores at which any Loan Party operates retail shoe departments as so-called "licensed departments".
Host Store means either Mitsukoshi or one of Mitsukoshi's Affiliates or a branch thereof that is directly responsible for the operation of the store wherein a Boutique is located.
