Host staff definition

Host staff means those employees or agents of the Participant who are providing services to Clients of CTN pursuant to a service agreement and who are “Agents” of CTN for the purposes of PHIPA, relative to the provision of those services.

Examples of Host staff in a sentence

  • Provider will coordinate with the Director of Public Buildings a mutually convenient time within 30 day of the date of sale to conduct a training of Host staff on the operation, upkeep, repair and maintenance of the Project and for ninty (90) days thereafter, be available by telephone to answer questions regarding same.

  • In the event that Participant presents a threat or implied threat of injury or unprofessional, harassing language or behavior to Host, staff, or other Retreat participants, Host will make reasonable efforts to notify the Participant and Participant is responsible to resolve, in a timely manner satisfactory to Host.

  • While on Host premises I will:  follow all reasonable directions of Host staff and all applicable Host policies which are made available to me;  comply and  report to the Host any hazards or risks relating to my Internship that I identify.

  • Host shall provide and make available Host staff to assist in the coordination of the operational activities of the Event including, but not limited to, facility and venue acquisition, permitting, local accommodations, volunteer recruitment, public awareness, and advocacy.

  • It is advised that you notify Event Host staff well in advance to request access to which cannot be guaranteed.
