The End User Agreement may be (a) a written agreement signed by the End User, or (b) a written agreement in the package containing the Revised Object, Font Programs and Host Software, or the user documentation for the Revised Object, Font Programs and Host Software, that is fully visible to the End User and that the End User accepts by opening the package.
Following the execution of the Escrow Agreement and the consummation of the Asset Purchase, New Scottsdale shall pay the Escrow Account royalties in the amount of four percent (4%) of all Net Sales Proceeds (as defined below) derived by New Scottsdale from the sale of its "Program Master" and "ETV Host Software" products, and from the sale of any product listed on Exhibit B hereto (collectively, the "Royalty Products").

Except for the specific licenses granted in this Paragraph, Peerless shall have the same rights and obligations hereunder with respect to End User Documentation as those for Host Software provided by Adobe to Peerless in object code form.
