Host Property definition

Host Property means real property owned or operated by Client.
Host Property means a property listed for sale or for rent by Client or on behalf of Client. “Intellectual Property” means all concepts, inventions (whether or not protected under patent laws), works of authorship, information fixed in any tangible medium of expression (whether or not protected under copyright laws), moral rights, mask works, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, trade secrets, publicity rights, names, likenesses, know-how, ideas (whether or not protected under trade secret laws) and all other subject matter protected under patent (or which is not patented, but is subject matter that is protected under patent law), copyright, mask work, trademark, trade secret, or other laws, whether existing now or in the future, whether statutory or common law, in any jurisdiction in the world, for all media now known or later developed, including all new or useful art, combinations, discoveries, formulae, algorithms, specifications, manufacturing techniques, technical developments, systems, computer architecture, artwork, software, programming, applets, scripts, designs, processes and methods of doing business.
Host Property has the meaning set forth in Background paragraph B on page 1.

Examples of Host Property in a sentence

  • Host shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition, to at least the same standard as it customarily maintains the common areas at the Host Property.

  • Host shall cause the Premises to be maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition, to at least the same standard as other parking areas at the Host Property that are under Host control are maintained.

  • From the Effective Date and for so long thereafter as there is at least one (1) Ready for EV Space available at the Host Property for a future Subscriber’s use, eVgo grants to Host a license to use Licensed eVgo Marks and Host grants to eVgo a license to use Licensed Host Marks (together with the Licensed eVgo Marks, the “Marks”) upon the terms and conditions set forth below.

  • As a contracted exhibitor, you assume responsibility and agree to indemnify and defend the FCA and the Host Property and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises.

  • During the Term of the Agreement, EVI may promote the availability of the Charging Stations through traditional and/or electronic media, including providing the address of the Host Property and a description thereof.

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor has not made any representations or claims with regard to the financial performance of the Host Property as a result of this Agreement or hosting of the Licensed Tournaments, or that hosting these tournaments will contribute to the ability of Licensee to maintain or increase the Host Property customer base, or to meet its revenue or income projections for the Host Property.

  • Commercial General Liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of liability of at least $2,000,000 for personal injuries or deaths of persons occurring in or about the Designated Spaces and Host Property.

  • All other real or personal property taxes related to the Host Property are the sole obligation of Host.


More Definitions of Host Property

Host Property means the RIO Hotel in which the Licensed Tournaments are operated as of the Effective Date, or such other property that CEC designates to host the Licensed Tournaments with the written consent of CIE pursuant to Section 2.2.

Related to Host Property

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Joint Property means property that is owned by 2 or more persons with rights of survivorship, and includes a tenancy by the entireties in real property, a tenancy in personal property as provided in section 1 of 1927 PA 212, MCL 557.151, a joint tenancy, a joint tenancy with rights of survivorship, and a joint life estate with contingent remainder in fee. For purposes of this part, joint property is considered to consist of a present interest and a future interest. The future interest is the right of survivorship.
