Customer further acknowledges that Host cannot guarantee Host Platform connectivity speeds utilizing VPN connections via the Internet.
For the term of this Agreement Host grants and Customer hereby accepts a non-exclusive right to access the Host Platform and Host Servers pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
